All products are made specifically for you as soon as your order is placed. This is why it may take a little longer for delivery. By making each product to order, we reduce our environmental impact while maintaining the highest quality in every item. We appreciate your patience and are just as excited as you are for your order to arrive. 

Free standard shipping 

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders across Australia, North America and the United Kingdom. Delivery times typically range from 5-30 business days, though please note we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, delivery backlogs or other external events.

Please note that orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, including customs fees, VAT and other charges. It's important to be aware of any additional costs that might apply in your country. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for these fees, as they’re the buyer’s responsibility. If you're unsure about any potential charges, we recommend checking with your local customs or postal service before making a purchase.

Returns and refunds

If you're not happy with your purchase, please email us at info@leonalamode.com to get a return authorisation number before sending the item back. Make sure the item is in original, unworn condition and include a copy of your invoice. You’ve got 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you're exchanging it for something else, we’ll cover the shipping for your new item. When requesting an exchange, just let us know which items, colours and sizes you want. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping costs, unless the items are faulty or not what you ordered. Also, gift items can’t be refunded, but if you got something as a gift, you can exchange it for something of equal or lesser value.
